It reminded me of "Strip Rock Paper Scissors GB", is it possible to play this game on a gameboy? I quite liked the artistic design.

Well it is certainly yakyuken. The dialogue from the girl is a nice little touch, although there isn't much variety in it. Her non-reaction to the player losing anything is a bit disappointing, but otherwise this is a pretty decent yakyuken game.
